Obamacare Endgame: Doctors Will be Fined or Jailed if they Put Patients First

If Obamacare is completely implemented, doctors will no longer be practicing medicine. They will instead become the drones tasked with deciding who gets the meager healthcare crumbs doled out by the bureaucrats who have the ultimate power over patient life and death. Those who are deemed to have illnesses that require treatments which are not cost effective can expect a one way ticket to a hospice.

Like so many bills passed by Congress, there was a hidden provision in the Stimulus bill passed in 2009. It spends 1.1 billion dollars to create an important piece of the framework for the healthcare bill called the Coordinating Council on Comparative Effectiveness Research. It is based on the false premise that doctors in consultation with their patients don’t have the ability to make the right healthcare choices (see executive summary). The council consists of 15 people appointed by the President.

They all have one thing in common–they are all isolated from day to day patient care; and therefore, are insulated from the real practice of the art of medicine. It makes it easy to see patients as a cost center to be controlled. With views of members like Dr Emanuel, who champions the complete-lives system, it is hard to ignore the probability that senior citizens, those with chronic illness, and the very young will be on the outside looking in. This council is another example of the people of this country being told by the government that it knows what is best for us.

The framework set up by the stimulus bill merely set the stage for the implementation found in the healthcare reform bill. How can the government get doctors to participate in Obamacare thereby a) willingly destroying the doctor patient relationship, and b) betraying their Hippocratic Oath to provide treatments that they deem to be effective? Simple – fear and intimidation.

A second board created by the stimulus bill called The National Coordinator for Health Information Technology “will determine treatment at the time and place of care”. They are charged with deciding the course of treatment for the diagnosis given by the doctor. Now it becomes obvious why there has been a big push towards the implementation of universal electronic medical record use. It becomes a tool to completely control the physician and the patient. Those physicians and hospitals that choose to practice individualized patient care in consultation with their patients will be punished because they are not “meaningful users of the system over time.” Beginning January 1, 2013 penalties for doing the right thing for a patient will cost the doctor $100,000 for the first offense and jail for the second offense. This will have a chilling effect and may be the straw that completely breaks the foundation of good medicine – the doctor patient relationship.

46% of physiciansin a survey by The New England Journal of Medicine stated that they would leave the practice of medicine if Obamacare was implemented. This will only further decrease the quality of healthcare when the 30 million more people enter the system. Maybe that’s why there is a big push in the healthcare bill to increase the number of other providers such as physician assistants and nurse practitioners. There is no question that rationing will become our future. If you add 30 million more people into a system with fewer resources how could you possibly avoid rationing? Perhaps those members of Congress who passed this nightmare don’t care since they made sure that it wouldn’t apply to them.

Daytona commissioner arrested for ballot fraud

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Daytona Beach City Commissioner Derrick Henry and his campaign manager were arrested Wednesday, charged with committing absentee ballot fraud during Henrys
2010 re-election campaign.

The arrest of Henry and Genesis Robinson comes a little more than two months after Volusia County Supervisor of Elections Ann McFall requested an investigation into
irregularities in absentee ballot requests coming into her office.

McFall brought her concerns to the Volusia County Sheriffs Office in August, prompting the Sheriffs Office and the State Attorneys Office to
immediately launch a joint investigation that ultimately led to the
filing of a dozen felony charges against both defendants.

The investigation revealed that Henry and Robinson devised a strategy to boost Henrys re-election bid by obtaining absentee ballots for numerous
people, most of whom never requested the ballots. By law, residents are
only allowed to request absentee ballots for themselves, immediate
family members or for someone for whom they’re acting as legal guardian.

McFall filed the complaint on August 11 after her office received a large number of requests for absentee ballots that were all initiated from the
same e-mail address. Based on the e-mail address, it appeared that the
requests came from someone with an interest in the Daytona Beach City
Commission Zone 5 race. Henry, the Zone 5 incumbent who was locked in a
three-way primary, was re-elected on August 24.

The subsequent investigation revealed that between the two of them, Henry and Robinson had requested a total of 92 absentee ballots through the elections
offices web site. Four of the absentee ballots were found at Henrys
house when investigators searched it on Sept. 23. Investigators also
recovered absentee ballot applications and receipts for some of the
absentee ballots along with handbooks outlining Florida election laws.
The four absentee ballots were found under a computer keyboard.

Investigators from both the Sheriffs Office and the State Attorneys Office interviewed many of the 92 people for whom absentee ballots were
requested. And what they heard was a variety of stories. For instance,
one resident said she received an absentee ballot in the mail even
though she hadn’t requested one. A few days later, she said one of
Henrys campaign workers showed up at her house and asked if she had
received her ballot and had filled it out. The resident said she got the
ballot while the campaign worker waited. Then she filled it out, sealed
and signed the ballot and turned it over to the campaign worker.

In another case, a resident said that Henry offered to get him an absentee ballot and the resident agreed. But when the ballot arrived at the mans
house, it came with a second ballot for a former resident who had moved
away in 2007.

In yet another instance, two requests that were made in the name of a resident were subsequently rejected by the elections office because the resident’s voter status had been classified
as inactive. So investigators sought out the man to see if he knew why
the absentee ballot requests had been made on his behalf. But after
investigating, officials discovered that the man didn’t request the
ballots and hasn’t lived or voted in Florida in more than two decades.

Henry also had requested an absentee ballot for his niece, listing her address as a home registered to Henry that was located within Zone 5.
But investigators discovered that even though the niece used the
absentee ballot to vote in the Zone 5 race, she actually lives at a
different location in the city, outside of Zone 5. Investigators also
spoke to several others who confirmed that they hadn’t asked for an
absentee ballot and had no idea that the Henry campaign had requested a
ballot for them.

During an interview with investigators, Robinson acknowledged coming up with the strategy of applying on-line for absentee ballots, saying that Henry had approved the idea back in April
when Robinson presented it to him. Robinson said it was done in an
effort to increase voter turnout and improve Henrys chances of
re-election. Henry was re-elected in the municipal election with 65
percent of the vote, beating his nearest competitor by nearly 600 votes.

Henry, 41, is charged with two counts of absentee ballots and voting violations, nine counts of being a principal to absentee ballots and
voting violations and one count of conspiracy to commit absentee ballots
and voting violations. Robinson, 21, is facing 11 counts of being a
principal to absentee ballots and voting violations and one count of
conspiracy to commit absentee ballots and voting violations. All of the
charges are 3rd degree felonies.

Late Wednesday morning, both men surrendered to investigators with the Sheriffs Office and the State Attorneys Office and transported to the Volusia County Branch Jail in
Daytona Beach on $6,000 bond each.

WHY THE DEMOCRATS ARE ON A SUICIDE MISSION

As a FOX commentator reminded viewers last night, the current Obama Care strategy is the use of “inevitability” to persuade undecideds to climb on the “bandwagon” while “demoralizing” opponents into believing they don’t stand a chance. In other words, it is no more than a “bluff.”
At this point, it’s looking likely this approach may turn out to be a “suicide pill” for the current Democratic party as a whole.

Those tracking the immediate scenario are getting cross-eyed and dizzy, reviewing hypothetical listings of who might be a No while who else is swinging into the Yes column. But, if we look at the bigger picture, important facts give good cause for optimism in the ultimate outcome.

Bluffing aside, Pelosi doesn’t have the votes to pass this monstrosity. And strong arm techniques being applied could be the last straw when it comes to the future of the “Change” administration. The “Slaughter” rule (named for an finagling legislator with no regard for the Constitution) could well presage how its application could decimate Congress’s ruling party. Reactions to Rep. Clyburn’s media claims that this “Deemed Passed” strategy is both logical and justified could do more harm than good. Even worse, if the “powers that be” follow through it’s more likely that will slaughter them, come November, than the GOP. At this point, their own demise is more “inevitable” than having their bluff succeed. The “writing is on the wall” and here’s why:

A pattern is emerging beneath these ongoing legislative skirmishes. Initially, most everyone went “along for the ride.” Not so, lately. Moderate Democrats are giving up on their party. Respected party figures, like Evan Bayh and Patrick Kennedy, have already announced their withdrawal from Congress. Frustrated for months in attempts to bring moderation and sanity back to the Hill, the exasperated Indiana Senator claimed that if he creates just one job in the private sector, he’ll accomplish more than Congress has done all this year! These are harsh words coming from a man who was, not long ago, considered an emerging party leader.

At the same time, key influence peddlers including Dodd and Rangel are soon leaving Capitol Hill as well. Murtha and Kennedy Sr. have gone to their reward. Other Democrats have opted for “early retirement” from office. Among these, including Gordon of Tennessee, are “sell-outs” who are moving into well paid positions that don’t require them to satisfy voters.

Adding up these emerging vacancies shows the party of “Change” now has as many holes in it as a piece of Swiss cheese. Emanuel has become a figure of ridicule, thanks, in part, to the Massa scandal. Rumors are that Axelrod is feeling “fatigued.” Senate majority leader, Reid, must contend with his own family’s health crisis. While Pelosi races forward in her determination to become the most unpopular figure in the history of Congress. Memorable quotes help, like her statement yesterday, that once we “beat down this door” we’ll move “more legislation” forward.

Feeding this self destructive saga by pushing Obama Care into law as “Deemed Passed,” with no roll call House vote, will result in every Democrat in Congress being held jointly responsible for its passage! The adverse impact of this record on those running in Blue Dog and Conservative districts cannot be overstated. We need only look back to the 2008 Presidential race to recall that Obama would not be in office were it not for the votes of moderate “Clinton Dems.” This voting bloc, by and large, is mad as hell over the party’s ObamaCare obsession at the expense of inaction on our economic crisis. The likelihood that these voters will remain in the Democratic column this November grows dimmer every day. Rest assured, the Tea Party movement will draw more from their ranks when the word spreads that the entire Democratic party is to blame for new laws that tax Americans for years before ascribing benefits!

Ironically, the final combustible ingredient in the Democratic party’s “suicide pill” has now been added to this mix, courtesy of MoveOn.org. In a widely publicized email campaign, this far left Soros funded organization, has openly announced its intention to place competitive candidates in nationwide primaries against any Democrat who votes down ObamaCare. If this intimidation sounds like a vote winning strategy, think again.

It’s one thing to be a Democratic Congressman who is told to ignore the will of your constituents. It’s quite another to be told that you are going to be ignored, too! The only thing “inevitable” at this point is that many undecided officials, who are moved from the “you’re so important” column to the new “you don’t matter at all” column are going to react accordingly – by deciding that loyalty to the party – in its current visage – isn’t so important, after all. Why?

Even with Soros’ money, Move On would be spread too thin to ever fulfill this bluff. Let’s say they actually drudge up an opposing candidate for each of these primaries. Will these “new” “progressive” candidates all have name recognition? Not likely. Will they have personal ties to the district to rapidly build a sufficient ground force to win? Not much of a chance. And will Move On, ACORN and the SEIU combined have enough funding to build favorable candidate recognition, flashy ads and literature and paid door-to-door staff to man this many Congressional races successfully? Of course not! It’s all a bluff and at least some savvy Congressmen will see right through it.

Seems the left is about to learn an obvious political lesson. There’s a world of difference between bolstering a major longstanding political party to shift it a bit to the left and, instead, taking over and replacing that party altogether. The harder they push to do so, the more mainstream voters they alienate altogether, the more impossible their task becomes. Now that they’ve determined to give the ultimate offense to their own party’s representatives in D.C. their toxic impact is working its way through the Democratic party’s intestines to destroy it from within.

What does all this mean for opponents of Obama? Odd as it seems, at this point it would be hard for us to lose. All we need to do really is stay informed, remain active in our opposition and keep growing our own swelling ranks with Democratic defectors who refuse to swallow their party’s bitter pill.

I awaken from a nightmare and my heart breaks when I realize my nightmare is reality and not a temporary darkness that the sun will wash away when it rises. I ask myself how could we have let this happen? How could we have let America slip away without so much as an iota of concern? Is there any way to stop the freight train of evil that is changing our history and threatening our freedom forever?

We have an illegal alien in the White House and enough evidence to that effect to convict him of fraud and treason. Congress did not properly vet him for that position. What? John McCain was vetted. Barack “no-one-says-no-to-me” Obama simply refused and everyone just said, “Oh, okay; we won’t bother you with this triviality”. We have to be politically correct, don’t you know? Incidentally, political correctness is just another name for Socialism. Proper vetting before he announced he was running for office would have put the brakes on our upcoming destruction. By the time citizens were screaming to see the birth certificate, I believe there was a fear that all black people in America would rise up in defense of their chosen one and that there would be riots in the streets should anyone dare try to uproot him. We have merely delayed the riots…they will come and all nationalities will be represented.

The emperor has no clothes and it is common knowledge in the courts by now that this is an illegal president. One court clerk, name not mentioned here to protect his life, admitted that they all know Obama is not a natural born citizen but that they do nothing about it because it would just be “too disruptive”. The destruction of America is not disruptive?

Justice Souter’s request that Obama produce his birth certificate was ignored and the justice resigned at a healthy, early age for fear of becoming an “apparent” suicide.

So here we are today with the Illegal-Alien-In-Chief creating an army of czars; we have twice as many as Russia ever had at any given time. They answer to no one but Barack. Congress is powerless against these czars. Do you see the picture now? You are viewing the takeover of America by an illegal foreign national who hates the U.S. and our military, is loyal to Muslim countries and befriends the leaders of our enemies. When you watch his reaction to the troubles in Iran and Honduras, it reveals his identity. He did not side with the people in Iran protesting fraudulent elections. Of course not, he himself was elected by voter fraud in this country (thanks to ACORN) and he apparently thinks that’s okay and a normal “dictator” thing to do.

Should he be impeached? No, he can’t be impeached since he’s not a legitimate president. He has to be removed (arrested). In order for that to happen, he has to be charged with his crimes and tried. From local sheriffs, to state governments, to congressmen, to all levels of courts, right on up to Attorney General Eric Holder and the Secret Service in the White House, all have been presented with stacks of evidence and not a single person will do the needful. We should be learning from the Hondurans; they showed us how this is done. You roust him up in the middle of the night, handcuff him, haul him off in his pajamas, and deposit him in his own country. If we don’t remove him soon, we won’t have to worry about elections in 2012. He and his czars will announce that he is staying in office, you know, like Hugo Chavez did.

Removal of a fraudulent president would also entail removing his entire administration. Every executive order or any document he signed, whether here in the U.S. or in a foreign country, would become null and void. V.P. Biden would remain for 90 days until we could hold new elections and start over again.

No one is doing anything in this country to remove him because the Chicago mob is threatening anyone with the loss of his/her life who even considers such a move. Obama is a Bilderberg Group puppet protected by all the money in the world and chosen to bring this country down and establish the New World Order. He may even be, as many suspect, the Antichrist. That would certainly explain why all our efforts to remove the beast are futile.

As I finish this writing, dawn is breaking. There is just a little sliver of a moon showing above a layer of fog and, as I admire the beauty of the morning, I realize that God is still in charge and justice will be done in due time.

Living in Fear…

I was driving home today when I saw about 8 to 10 people, some dressed in camo, with orange vests, some sort of gear which looked like long, slim, black tanks strapped to their backs, and carrying what look like gas masks or scuba masks. I couldn’t see their faces as they had their backs to me but one man did look back as I drove by and he appeared to be Mexican or some other South American nationality. They had just been dropped off by an extended passenger van and another truck which had offloaded a dune buggy. They all proceded to enter the woods. There is a river nearby so I thought perhaps someone had fallen into the river, or overturned a kayak, but they were not wearing wet suits and there were no logos on their vests that I could see.

Since this scene was only about 1/4 mile from my house, I decided I wanted to take another look so I went back to see what was happening. The trucks were still there and one did reveal a tree service logo on the door; the driver had remained in the cab. I imagined they were doing tree spraying or something even though this is not how they normally go about spraying for insects, which they do along the roadways with properly marked spray trucks, or by plane for large sections of woods. My next thought was that they could be spraying flu virus. Their entry into the woods was very weird as there is a power line very close on one side of them which is all cleared of trees and brush. On the other side there is a dirt road going down to the river fishing park…so why would they be going into the woods in an uncleared area?

The mystery isn’t solved and I’m still uncomfortable about what could be going on, but it occurred to me that in the pre-Obama days, I wouldn’t have given such a scene a second thought. Now, we hear about internment camps and freak out; I believe we have every reason to do so as we faintly hear Hitler’s jackboots marching down the way.

Some people have tried to get information from the National Guard regarding their ads for Internment/Resettlement Specialists that appear on Craigs List, Monster.com and a few other places. One person said on a blog that this could be for places like Gitmo. However, they are stating “several locations” in the job ad. A National Guard office contacted didn’t know what that was about but they were going to look into it. Since I am a Right Wing Extremist, and since I will refuse the flu vaccine, and since I’m not giving up my gun, I can easily picture myself in an internment camp under this administration of crooks, thugs and puppets of the Bilderberg Group and the Fed.

Hostile Takeover of America and Depopulation Plans

Obama has shred the Constitution, spent us into beyond bankruptcy, made us the laughing stock of the world, ordered us about like Hitler himself and ignored our calls, letters, and shouts. The libs-in-power have treated us like children needing to go on “down time”. Screw them all, I say. They are not going to take away the country I love and that my father died for that easily.

Now Obama is down in Mexico making deals with our neighbors. Heaven help us! He shouldn’t be let out of his bedroom in the morning, never mind leaving the Country! We’d save a bunch of money and be better off if the Obama’s were grounded until the birth certificate is produced.

Also, they can take their mandatory vaccinations and shove them “where the sun don’t shine” as well. Mass genocide is what’s on their agenda which is why they want to take our kids, our money, our guns, our health, our food and reduce us to bugs on the ground, while taxing us for doing it. They can’t wait to cause a Rahm-crisis so they can establish martial law.

They will CAUSE the flu pandemic so the vaccine manufacturers can make a ton of money over our dead bodies.

The 3-part vaccine: The 1st shot will be for the purpose of turning off the victim’s immune system. The 2nd will be for the purpose of loading victims with deadly organisms. The 3rd will be to turn the immune system back on for the purpose of creating a cytokine storm that will deal a lethal blow to the body.

That’s why they don’t worry about re-election or our opinions. They figure we’ll all be dead, dying or in internment camps if we refuse the vaccine. Those who refuse and get locked up will be healthy blood/organ donors for THEM should they need uncontaminated body parts or blood, as they surely will get hurt in the fray. THEY MUST BE STOPPED!!!!

Never before in the history of our great country has there been such a disaster in the White House.

The presidential imposter started his faux career by bankrupting the country with his TARP program and, on this matter, I will never forget those poor-excuses-for-senators, Snowe and Collins, from my great State of Maine, who made the atrocity possible by being the RINOs that they are and selling their souls to the devil thus tipping the scales in favor of the TARP catastrophe.

As if TARP wasn’t enough of a nightmare, faux-prez has to push his Nazi killer health bill to depopulate the U.S. His flu vaccine is just around the corner and I fear this could be mass genocide in a vial. I’d rather take my chances with the flu. Can you tell I don’t trust our “leader”?

Barry had his “beer party” at the White House to deliver his teachable moment … to whom? Officer Crowley doesn’t need teaching; he’s a professional and doing an exemplary job. Professor Gates? Yes, some teaching would be warranted here, but Barack has the same illness as Gates. Both are angry black men who have climbed to the top, but that hasn’t stopped the anger, has it? One would think they would be content with their achievements and derive a degree of serenity from them. Is it that they feel undeserving? Do they feel that, without affirmative action granted by the “whities” or “crackers”, that they would never have made it up the ladder? Who knows….?

This does not include makeup artist Ingrid Grimes-Miles, 49, and “First Hairstylist” Johnny Wright, 31, both of whom travelled aboard Air Force One to Europe.

Perhaps the million dollars spent to cover the Kenyan birth certificate should have been used to pay for some of these extravagances instead of billing the taxpayers.

Shopping trips to London with the girls, Date Night to New York, a mysterious Air Force I photo-op over New York City, and now a vacation at Martha’s Vineyard – will the spending never end? And we are ordered to CUT BACK and euthanize our seniors to save money? Give me a break.

So, what’s up with la belle Michelle? Her husband was elected by ACORN and a lot of black people looking for hope and change. She is not royalty by any means. Who authorizes this insane spending at taxpayers’ expense? Someone needs to rein this group in. I don’t see where Michelle deserves more staff than just a hair dresser. Anyone who performs “body dumping” in a previous job doesn’t deserve anything at all actually.

Speaking of “body dumping” now we are beginning to see that it runs in the family. Obama’s Health Care ideas are exactly that, which is why he believes it can easily be funded. If you see to it that the deformed, cripple, mentally challenged, physically debilitated and elderly are forced to die, then health care for the remaining healthy souls becomes quite affordable!

I have to feel terribly sorry for the black folks who put their hope in Obama. What a disappointment to them to discover he doesn’t care a lick for them and that they were courted for their votes. He’s a narcissist so it’s really only about him. Obama doesn’t like black people, white people, Christians, Jews or America. His poor Kenyan grandmother came to see his inauguration and her presence wasn’t even acknowledged. Michelle’s mother was introduced, but then she’s needed to babysit and, uh…she didn’t happen to be there when Barry was born. The Kenyan grandmother, well…she knows too much. She was there when Barry was born. That’s too telling. I’m surprised her plane didn’t crash on the way here.

I have a feeling that the little charade in Washington will be disrupted very soon. Life could become interesting again!
